The fight against cellulite is active and ongoing for many women. Many women I have talked to are desperately seeking to erase the cellulite. Here are three tips that you may find helpful to fight cellulite.
1. Minimize late night snacking - Late night snacking can be observed as a regular and reoccurring event in many households. You may think that snacking here or there will not drastically affect your body; don’t be fooled, your snacking can add up. Nightly snacking can attribute to cellulite. When you eat or snack late at night and then sleep, your body will store it as fat.
2. Minimize salt and sugar consumption - Today, salt and sugar are the two main contributors to health issues in America. High salt consumption has led to a severe case of hypertension; sugar has led to a severe case of diabetes. These two items can also cause cellulite. Salt causes you to retain water, while sugar turns into glucose which then turns into bodily fat.
3. Drink water, not soda - Water is the essence of everything; especially, our bodies. In fact, water naturally flushes out the body, nourishes the body, revives the body, and cleanses the body. However, society has shifted from water to soft drinks and other beverages as the drink of choice. These beverages are made mostly of sugar or (even worse) artificial sweeteners; the end result, added cellulite.
Lets fight against cellulite.

DOWN WITH CELLULITE!!!! Exercises like squats and lunges help to battle the evil cellulite! It takes a while to get rid of it, but it does start to disappear if you keep pushing yourself to workout and lay off the BAD FOOD (thats the hard part).
