Hey girls! I just wanted to start a discussion on what's some of the craziest excuses you've ever used (or heard of someone using) for not working out. This oughta be funny... I've used: 1) I'm cramping 2) I'm majorly bloated 3) I'm tired 4) I'll work out tomorrow (yeah right) 5) I don't feel like being around other people right now 6) I'm out of clean workout clothes 7) I forgot to bring my iPod to the gym and I can't workout without my music!
I've heard other girls use: "I just got my hair done and I'm not about to sweat it out!" (I'm not worried about my hair so that doesn't pertain to me)
Of course now a'days I don't really use any excuses, except for maybe #1- LOL! So what''s some excuses you've used?
