Here is a 8 minute full body workout to start your day. Perform this first thing in the morning to ignite your fat burning furnace.
30 second pushups 30 second squats 30 second planks 30 second rest; repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.

Thank you for your comment; it's a great question. There have been many scientific studies attempting to reveal whether the morning is the most effective time to workout for someone trying to lose weight or change their body. But I think these studies are looking at this from the wrong perspective. Rather than examining this from a physiological perspective, I believe we should examine this from a intrapersonal perspective. I will use myself for example. When I workout in the morning, I feel better about the rest of my day. I feel focused, stress free, encouraged, enthused, energetic, hopeful, and confident about the remainder of the day. In my opinion, these are true health benefits.
