Guys, it is no secret that we want the six pack. You know, the beach body; the confidence to take off our shirt without reservation or concern. So here is my little secret (maybe you have heard this before). Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Face it gents, we need to understand that no matter how hard we work in the gym/studio, the way we flatten our stomach is not by the quantity of crunches or abs machines, but by the quality of what we consume. I can assure you that you can get rid of the belly, as soon as you get rid of the sodium, sugar, and other process items from your environment. It all starts by purchasing the sweets, the chips, the breads, and the sugar beverages....then you know what happens...those items find a new place of residence called your belly. But as soon as you make it a habit not to buy those unhealthy items, you send an eviction notice to your oversized belly, and all unwanted guest will leave. The result a flatter stomach, and with complimentary exercise, abs will appear to the forefront.
Gentlemen, I would like to hear from you! Do you want that six pack?
