Hey Ladies and Gents!
Here is your homework assigments for this week.
We all have certain tastes and we all have certain foods that we feel we can't give up. For some it is the Starbucks coffee, for some its the candy bar at 2:30pm, and for others it is the ice cream at night right before bed. Well for your homework assignment, I challenge you to not have your guilty pleasure for one week.
In addition, I would like everyone to perform the following routine every night before bed:
30 Seconds each exercise- Crunches Planks Scissor Legs (That's Flutter Kicks for all of you Navy folks) Perform this three times without rest. You can do it!
So what do you have to give up this week? I'll start...I will give up the rocky road brownie from Mom's Organic Market.

I'm giving up chocolate this week! Its gonna be tough, Hershey's is just that good. As for the mini abs workout before bed- its as good as done!

Im going to give up Coffee this week..and I cant have coffee with out cream and sugar . Its going to be hard because I need my cup of coffee every morning...but hard work pays off.. So im going to do it.

workoutwarrior83 - Oh...chocolate…that sounds serious. Nevertheless, that is what it is all about; denying self of that which you feel you have to have. You can do it!! hardworkpaysoff - Yes, another challenging yet attainable goal! You can do it!! The work is hard, but the reward is great! This is exciting. New steps toward developing a new lifestyle. Anyone else?
