I started participating in RTF workouts back in August, and my goals were to get down to 138 pounds and tone up my lower body- particularly my thighs and booty. Being a former collegiate athlete, I would like to get back to having that athletic toned body that I used to have but this time I want to look and feel even better than I did back then! Since August, I already see my body changing-my quads and hamstrings are more defined and my booty doesn't jiggle as much-LOL! NO MORE JELLY! It can only get better from here! I'm looking forward to seeing even more results!

Great goals workoutwarrior83! Have you created a suspense date for reaching 138 pounds? It may help you stay focused and disciplined if you set a date.
Go for it!!

Ok, I already lost 50+ lbs (yay!) but I still want to lose about 20 more. I would also love to tone and tighten all over, and get rid of that awful tummy I accumulated after having kids!

kiji Congrats... but now you have to turn it up a notch to get rid those last 20 pounds. Don't let your kids be an excuse for poor eating! I see and hear the often from people. Make this a family thing. You can do it!! Discipline, Determination and Dedication!

I thought my ultimate goal was to shed 20-30 pounds, but since joining the RFT workout team, I've found that there's more to fitness than weight loss. My blood pressure has regulated, my energy level has increased, I feel better, and as I've become more toned I've been able to shout out with victory the following: farewell flab, bye-bye bulge, and toodle-oo tummy. Oh - and yes, I've lost weight, too! My goal continues to be weight loss, but it will also continue to include being healthier in general. RTF helps build my confidence as it helps me accomplish my goals.
