Are you eating right and making the right nutritional choices, but still not seeing any significant changes? It could be that your portion sizes are keeping you from getting to the next step. Yes, eating right is vital, but if you are not practicing eating the right portion sizes, you may want to consider this as a new tool in your strategic nutritional arsenal. Today, due to popular demand, everything is bigger. Food, beverages, menu items, plates, etc.; all things are in larger than normal portions. The perception today is that as long as the right items are on the plate we are fine. Don't be fooled.
