Hey RTF Trainees!
For your homework assignment this week, perform 45 minutes of cardio on your own. Whether you walk, jog, running, participate in organized sports, play with the kids in the yard, or ride a bike, see that you get some beneficial cardiovascular activity.

Today I went to the gym and covered 2 miles on the elliptical machine at level 10 and then covered 2 miles at level 8 on the stationary bike. Then after that, I participated in Torch Six! What a workout! Actually doing your homework is a good thing- it's like doing extra credit. Get ahead of the game and do your homework! You'll get that much closer to reaching your goals! I know I am!

Today I covered another 4 miles of cardio on the elliptical and stationary bike before heading to my Torch Tone workout. My lower body got a really great workout today! I'm getting more and more toned everyday and am loving every minute of it!

Last night went to the gym for 1 hour...30mins treadmill...15 mins elliptical...15 mins cycle bike. Had a great workout... Hard work pays off!!!
